Controversies: Practice and Procedure, 2nd ed.
is
a
casebook designed for use in Tax Procedure courses and tax
clinics. It is suitable for both J.D. and LL.M. students.
The casebook combines a theoretical and practical discussion of
the law with cases, as well as problems at the end of each
chapter. "Voluntary compliance" is a theme of the
book. The second edition has
16 chapters. 12 of the chapters focus on civil tax procedure and 2
focus on criminal tax procedure The remaining 2 chapters cover tax research and
representing tax clients.
The 2007 Update
Letter, in conjunction with the 2006 Supplement, updates the second edition of the casebook through
June 20, 2007.
We are currently
working on the 3rd edition of the casebook, which is scheduled to be
published in time for fall 2008 classes. |
