Leandra Lederman

Leandra Lederman is the William W. Oliver Professor of Tax Law at Indiana University School of Law-Bloomington.  She has been teaching Corporate Tax for twelve years.  In 2001, Professor Lederman was recognized by George Mason University for her excellence in teaching, and in 2005 she received a Legal Teaching Award from the NYU Law Alumni Association.  She visited Texas Law School for the 2002-2003 academic year.  Click here for a list of her publications.

Professor Lederman clerked for Judge David Laro of the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C., and practiced law as an associate at White & Case  in New York City.  She is a cum laude graduate of the New York University School of Law, where she was a Note and Comment Editor of the N.Y.U. Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.  Professor Lederman also received her LL.M. in taxation from N.Y.U., where she was a student editor of the Tax Law Review
